Yessir, for you died in the wool, dead in

your tracks running aficionados, here is the

race for you. Up hills and down, mountain

ascents and indecent descent, dale and hill,

meadow and mudhole, rock and rivulet,

sand and sore feet....well, you get the idea.

It's a relay, so get nine of your friends, a

couple of SUV's stocked with linement,

mole skin, water, food and your favorite

physician and sign up to persevere through

one or all of the Heaven And Hell Ultra Relay Series Runs. The race dates and details for the
